Energy Work
Definition
A general term Valerie uses for any approach that specifically targets the body’s energy systems to facilitate emotional, mental, physical or spiritual healing: from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda (acupuncture, qigong, yoga) to learnable energy-healing methods such as Quantum-Touch, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch and qigong healing, which use heart-brain coherence, directed breathing and vivid imagery.
