Energy Psychology
Definition
Tools aimed at shifting the body’s energy system (meridians, acupressure points, chakras) so that the physical can shift as well, drawn from eastern approaches that see the energy system as the blueprint for the body’s construction and repair. For clients with more energy awareness and sensitivity, Valerie adds energy psychology to their toolkit.
