Your well-being is effected by both your inner life (e.g. mind, emotions, body, soul) and your outer life (e.g. relationships, energy awareness, work or vocation).
Because of this, holistic coaching views each person through the lens of the whole, which includes both these inner and outer spheres of being. You can really only feel an enduring sense of wholeness inside when each of these areas are in alignment and balance with one another.
